Nutriton Health Tips
As a nutritional cleansing coach and consultant, I work with individuals to create a personalized plan for success. Categories include weight loss, energy and performance, and healthy aging. For some clients that have multiple goals, we will work to find a system that can meet all of your needs based on the time you have!

Where does your motivation come from?
The most important role that I play as a coach is motivator. After all, we all know that we should eat a balanced diet and exercise daily, but many of us don’t do it. My support and encouragement can get someone through their program and reaching their weight loss goals, and onto a simple maintenance plan that fits into their lifestyle.

What are some of the support systems in place?
There are a number of ways that the Healthy Body Team provides individual and group support to our members. We have an extensive website with tips and tools for success. We have a private Facebook group where we celebrate success, provide recipes, and share tips.

What are some things that are commonly addressed during the program?
Since everybody has different goals, we will focus initially on things like, stress-eating, finding balance during stressful times, figuring out what ‘natural energy’ feels like, the importance of having quality protein to release fat and gain lean muscle, and more.
